The Long Island Builders Institute (LIBI), established in 1941, is the region’s leading association of building industry professionals committed to strengthening Long Island’s future. We work to ensure a balanced approach to growth that supports our economy, protects our environment, and expands the opportunity for homeownership across our communities.
LIBI represents residential builders, remodelers, multi-family developers, rental housing providers, and the wide network of skilled trades and professionals who support Long Island’s construction industry. Together, we advocate for responsible development, quality housing, and a vibrant, sustainable Long Island for generations to come.
