Jon Weiss

Jon Weiss leads B2K Development’s Construction Division, managing all daily operations with a focus on excellence and efficiency. With decades of hands-on experience, he has developed expertise in overseeing both new construction and rehabilitation projects, consistently delivering high-quality results on time and within budget.

Jon has been pivotal in building an in-house team of skilled professionals, driving the division’s success and managing nearly half a billion dollars in active projects. His leadership is defined by precision, collaboration, and a commitment to exceeding expectations.

An active member of his community, Jon serves as Vice President of Long Island Builders Institute (LIBI) and an Officer and Director of Long Island Home Builders Care (LIHBC). He has led impactful fundraising and renovation initiatives to support families in need. Jon is also a passionate supporter of Cycle for Survival, helping raise funds for rare cancer research through Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center.

Jon earned a Bachelor’s degree in Regional Development and Business Management from the University of Arizona.
