The Beechwood Organization has sold 11 newly built homes at its new single-family residential development in Westhampton Beach. The 11 homes, each of which sold for between $1.85 million and $2.47 million, represent half of the 22 homes planned for the project at 44 Depot Road called Country Pointe Estates.
“We’re excited for our first owners to be moved in for their first summer but also to enjoy their new homes year-round and for years to come,” Michael Dubb, Beechwood founder and CEO, said in a company statement.
