Devin Kulka assumed leadership of Kulka Construction at the young age of 26, infusing the family business with a renewed focus on growth and integrity. Founded by Jack Kulka in 1974 from his basement, the company has evolved under Devin‘s direction into The Kulka Group, a full-service real estate consortium focusing on construction, real estate development, and property management.

Along with sitting on the board of the directors of Long Island Builders Institute (LIBI), he serves as a Board Member of the Hauppauge Industrial Association, the Stony Brook Real Estate Institute and is a Trustee for the Leukemia Lymphoma Society. Devin is also actively involved with the Long Island Real Estate Group, Long Island Business Development Council, the International Council of Shopping Centers, the Self Storage Association, and the US Green Building Council.

His achievements have been recognized with numerous awards, including Long Island Business News’ 30 Under 30, Young Jewish President’s 40 Under 40, LIBN’s Rising Construction Star Award, and Richner’s Rising Star Developer Award. As a graduate of the 2021 Energeia Partnership, Devin proves his dedication to identifying and addressing the complex challenges that face Long Island today. Devin is most proud of his role as the husband of his wife Danielle and the father of his son Slade.
